By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• Notify us of any health concerns prior to the service.
• Additional fees may apply for pets requiring extra time due to behavior or coat condition.
• Once your pet’s service is completed, you will have one hour from the time of notification to pick them up. After this time, we cannot guarantee the groom will remain perfect, as pets are playing and moving throughout the day.
• Late pickup fees may apply for stays exceeding one hour after service completion.
• Photos and videos may be used for marketing purposes.
• Pets must be up to date on rabies and bordetella vaccinations.
• We do not accept pets under 3 months old.
• Same-day cancellations will be charged 40% of the service cost.
